Our services

Whittenburg Land Surveying, LLC provides professional land-surveying services in Tennessee. Quotes prepared through this website are estimates based on the information you provide and public records; final scope and pricing are stated in your written proposal.

Text message (SMS) program

We offer SMS updates so customers can follow the progress of their survey project.

• Consent. You are enrolled only if you explicitly opt in — by choosing text as your preferred contact method when requesting a quote, or by checking the SMS consent box when accepting your proposal. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• What we send. A welcome message with your project number and tracking link, and updates when phases of your survey start or complete. These are one-to-one, account-related messages — we do not send marketing texts through this program.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies by project — typically a handful of messages over the life of a job. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help or call 931-526-9000. Opting out will not affect your survey work.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
