Whittenburg Land Surveying, LLC (“we,” “us”) provides land-surveying services in Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use your information solely to prepare quotes, perform survey work, communicate with you about your project (by phone, email, or — with your consent — text message), and meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.

Text messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service for the full text-message program terms.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and email delivery providers) and only as needed to deliver those communications; with government offices when filing or researching survey records requires it; or when the law requires disclosure. We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Security and retention

Project records are stored on secured systems with access limited to our staff. We retain survey project records as required by Tennessee professional standards. You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request correction.
