As-Built Surveys

As-built surveys will show all improvements to a property at a given time. These surveys are useful if you need to prove where a structure is or used to be. Sometimes underground utilities are not where they are said to be, based on the original engineering plans. As-built surveys will provide you with the actual locations of these utilities. Many lenders will want to see an existing site in its current condition before negotiating a loan to make improvements. Also when property is changing financial loans or property owners, many lenders will want to make positive that the structures on the property do not cross over the boundary lines.
